Fluoroplastics are thermoplastic resins in which part or all of the hydrogen atoms attached to the carbon chain are replaced by fluorine or fluorinated alkyl groups. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), also known as Teflon, is the best known and increasingly used fluoroplastic for its properties:

  • Stability over a broad range of temperatures (approx. from -190 to +300°C)

  • High chemical inertness

  • Thermal stability & flame resistance

  • Electrical insulation, low level of liquid absorption and permeation

  • Smooth and slippery surface

With its superb characteristics, PTFE can perform in various industries such as fabrication of semiconductor equipment, chemical processing, motor vehicle engines, and space applications. In semiconductor equipment, PTFE meets the requirements of high purity, little or no out-gassing, flexibility, and chemical resistance. Therefore, it can be molded into parts of semiconductor-manufacturing machinery or wafer container/carrier. In chemical plants, it is also used as sealing material, piping, tubing, valves, fittings, and so on.

NiKKi Fron provides you with the integrated services from product designing to molding, processing and manufacturing.

Inside one of our fluoroplastic processing plants

We are a manufacturer of PTFE and other fluoroplastic products, possessing a completely in-house integrated manufacturing system and technology. Our integrated system was established to support the entire manufacturing of fluoroplastic products, from product design to molding, firing, processing, and finishing. Thanks to that, we are able to meet even the strictest demands of our customers from various advanced industries.

PTFE boards (NK300)

For its chemical and electrical stability, PTFE sheet material is used to process valve sheets, gaskets, cushioning/insulation materials and other machinery parts.

200 - 500 mm square boards with 5 - 155 mm in thickness are available. PTFE sheets can be used as material for sheet lining or for part processing (MC).

PTFE discs (NK301)

You can select the outer diameter as needed within our available range of φ50 - φ470.

PTFE discs are ideal for use as shock-absorbers in fields where chemical inertness and dielectric strength are required.

Besides, we can cut rod materials (cylindrical shape) into disc slices if necessary, depending on the amount and size.

Tolerance of outer diameter :
OD < φ60: 0 ~ +5,0 mm
OD within φ60~φ150: 0 ~ +7,0 mm
OD within φ150~φ300: 0 ~ +10,0 mm
OD > φ300: 0 ~ +20,0 mm

PTFE sleeves & rods

PTFE sleeves/tubes (NK301)

PTFE sleeve (tube) is a cylinder-shaped solid material used as shock absorbers such as valve sheets, V packing, unlubricated bearings for machine parts, and bellow joints.

Products with outer diameters ranging φ10 ~ φ500, from thin to thick shapes, are available.

We also cover products from filler-added PTFE materials that offer improved creep resistance and wear properties. Common fillers are glass fiber, carbon fiber, bronze, but we also offer other special grade fillers.

Tolerance of outer diameter :
